What You'll Do as a Rental Dispatch Supervisor:

• Lead and oversee all dispatch operations for rental field service and equipment logistics
• Manage, train, and support dispatch team members, including field service technicians, lube technicians, and aerial lift techs
• Dispatch haul trucks for equipment pick-up and delivery
• Coordinate with job sites and branch locations to ensure timely equipment movement
• Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external customers
• Represent Mustang Rental Services professionally in all interactions
• Ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume rental environment

Qualifications:

• College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in the heavy equipment or construction rental industry
• 3+ years in a transportation, dispatch, or logistics role
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Professional communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment applications
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven

Strongly Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Familiarity with CAT equipment
• Experience with rental dispatch software and jobsite coordination
• Understanding of rental equipment needs in construction, power, and industrial sectors
