TITLE: Sales Manager

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Manage assigned accounts to drive business. Meet with customers or potential customers and grow long lasting relationships that address their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Strong analytical and negation skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
  • Legal eligibility to work in the US
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary such as overtime and weekends.
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Develop new business
  • Meet with customers or potential customers and grow long lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Proactively work with customers to ensure that the team meets expectations regarding the service we provide
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of monthly sales results, issues and KPI's for the assigned Team & Customer(s).
  • Continuously assess processes and procedures within their own team, identify opportunities for improvement and implement them in collaboration with other members of the Sales Leadership Team to ensure continuity across the Sales organization.
