Inside the Role

The Sr. (Retail Inventory Management) RIMpro Analyst will be responsible for managing the forecasting and replenishment system - RIMpro - for an assigned portfolio of dealers and distributors. RIMpro is a key driver of the customer experience at our dealerships as the system plans service parts that support customer repairs and retail sales. The analyst will be responsible for all of the day-to-day management of RIMpro for assigned dealers and will ensure the system is set up to attain program KPI's. The analyst will respond to all dealer inquiries and will manage daily system alerts that require action. This is a customer facing role requiring a focus on finding win-wins and an ability to influence dealers on the adoption of best practices.

Position offers a starting salary range of$71,000 - $91,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Identify and implement optimal system set up in RIMpro to ensure attainment of program KPI's for assigned dealers through data analysis and running simulations
  • Consult with dealers to improve performance measures (e.g. fill rates, inventory turns, compliance)
  • Conduct in-person or virtual trainings with assigned dealers and drive adoption of best practices
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects related to forecasting and order replenishment and respond to all dealer inquiries, escalating issues where appropriate
  • Manage daily system alerts which require resolution and communication to relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate system processing
  • Identify workflow and process improvements to increase team efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement projects to drive best-in-class program performance

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Management in lieu of degree.
  • 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Management.
  • 2 years of Customer Facing experience.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders with a focus on finding win-wins.
  • Prior experience using data to identify improvement opportunities along with implementing changes.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Attached Resume is required.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • French fluency
  • Experience working with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
  • Industry Certifications for Supply Chain (APICS CPIM or CSCP)
