Title: Program Manager (Overnight) Reports to: Director, The Palm Motel and The Layover Supervises: Case Managers, Support Specialists (varies) Schedule: Overnight: Tuesday - Saturday 6pm-2:30am Site: Palm Motel Location: 2020 14th St. Santa Monica, CA 90405 Status: Full-time, Exempt, Management Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan Welcome to The People Concern! SUMMARY The Program Manager of the Pathway Home program will be responsible for administrative oversight, and supervision of case management and line staff for this Interim Housing Program for The People Concern. They will also provide strong day-to-day administrative and supervisory oversight and ensure successful performance-based outcomes. This position is responsible for maintaining the highest quality services and efficiency of programming, while fostering teamwork and integration among staff working in this program. Selected candidate will work (Tuesday- Saturday 6:00pm to 2:30am) with the ability to flex their schedule to accommodate oversite of staff working swing and overnight weekdays and all weekend shifts What you should know about us! QUALIFICATIONS 1. Minimum two years of experience in a nonprofit setting at an agency that provides services to individuals that have a history of homeless, mental illness, or are dually-diagnosed 2. At least two years of leadership/management experience in an Interim Housing site preferred 3. Minimum of two years' experience providing Case Management services to unhoused population required 4. Skilled in non-violent crisis intervention 5. Demonstrated knowledge of issues faced by population served 6. Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, teambuilding and computer skills 7. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and creatively 8. Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, interpersonal, team building, and computer skills 9. Current, valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record 10. Ability to provide some evening and weekend hours to ensure continuity of care 11. On-call 24/7 a requirement 12. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and database applications 13. Able to obtain and maintain CPR/1st Aid certification EXPECTED BEHAVIORS OF ALL STAFF
