Auria is looking to hire a
Full Stack Software Systems Engineer. This role REMOTE requiring a secret clearance.
As a Full Stack Software Systems Engineer, you'll be a pivotal force in developing the next generation of digital engineering solutions for the Launch Enterprise.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
- Championing Digital Innovation: Lead the charge in developing cutting-edge digital engineering solutions for the Space Systems Command and the broader Launch Enterprise.
- Full Lifecycle Development: Drive full lifecycle software development, from initial concept and ideation through to successful deployment.
- Agile Process Improvement: Contribute to process development, roadmap refinement, and efficient sprint execution within an agile framework.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly and communicate effectively with diverse, multi-organizational teams to achieve common strategic goals.
- Hands-On Engineering & Mentorship: Actively contribute hands-on to accomplish complex tasks while also sharing your expertise to help others develop their skills.
- End-to-End Solution Delivery: Work individually and collaboratively on full-stack engineering solutions encompassing frontend, backend, databases, DevOps, and modeling.
- Strategic Integrator: Serve as the central hub and integrator for the digital engineering team, maintaining a holistic view and ensuring all components align perfectly.
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Software Systems Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or in related areas, with proven results.
- Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Full Stack Proficiency: Proven experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in at least one technology from each of the following categories:
- Frontend: JavaScript, CSS, Python, TypeScript, React, Angular.
- Backend: Python, C++, Node.js, Go.
- Databases: MySQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redshift, CassandraDB.
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, AWS, or similar cloud infrastructure.
- Independent Product Development: Demonstrated ability to independently create and manage standalone software products, covering frontend, backend, databases, and DevOps.
- Innovation & Agile Leadership: A strong track record of developing innovative solutions grounded in engineering first principles and leading projects within an agile environment.
- Passion for Improvement: Genuine excitement for developing, producing, and managing digital engineering solutions that fundamentally enhance the Launch Enterprise.
- Business Intelligence & Application Development: Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting, and Power Apps for developing custom business applications.
WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:
- Experience with SaaS data and analytics platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and/or Databricks.
- Experience in the Launch Enterprise or aerospace industry.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions with senior leadership regarding technical trade-offs and risk mitigation
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $115,000 - $130,000
