Executive Service DCS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 1 - NORTHEAST REGIONAL OPERATIONS Department of Children's Services NE Regional Ops OCS Nashville, TN & Johnson City, TN Salary: Monthly Salary Range - $117,192 - $188, 088/annually (midpoint $152,616/annually) Closing Date: 06/02/2025Job Overview: The Executive Director of Field Operations oversees the regional administration of all Child Safety, Child Programs and Juvenile Justice case management within their assigned region. This position is responsible for directing operations and ensuring alignment to strategic goals of the Department for their respective region within DCS six region model. An employee of this class performs work of unusual difficulty and supervisory work of considerable difficulty; performs related work as required. This classification may supervise employees in the Regional Director classification. The Executive Director of Field Operations will devise and lead strategic plans in collaboration with other Executive Directors of Field Operations and Assistant Commissioners of Field Operations and will ensure all guidelines and operations are adhered to and implemented consistently by regional leadership.
