As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting requirements, analysing business processes, identifying opportunities and risks, and driving solutions that can drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will conduct analysis to identify and validate key requirements, providing inputs to product, design, and engineering teams to translate these into the target experience. You will also map and prototype key processes, gather feedback to inform planning, and support new solutions with user acceptance scopes and training content. Additionally, you will capture post-implementation insights and feedback on user requirements.



What you offer

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, particularly within product teams in a scrum environment, and the Financial Services sector or similar regulated fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and spoken communication abilities
  • Experience in implementing digital solutions focused on operational efficiencies, with a strong risk mindset
  • Effective visualisation skills and strong attention to detail, coupled with strong organisational skills
  • Collaboration mentality, with experience using key business analysis tools and developing common BA artefacts.
