THE JOB:
As a Banquet Server, you are the first impression and the lasting memory. With a warm smile and attentive service, you'll set the scene for unforgettable guest experiences. By tuning into each guest's unique story and anticipating their needs, you'll create those magical "WOW" moments that linger long after the event ends.

THE SCHEDULE:
This is an on-call position. Days and Hours are not guaranteed, however, you can expect 5-30 hours weekly based on business needs.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Knowledgeable of service requirements for assigned function such as: pre-function side work, detailed menu selections, major ingredients, appearance, texture, quality standards, garnish and method of presentation, proper food and beverage service
• Greet guest as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables
• Set up, monitor, refresh and breakdown coffee break, reception and buffet tables for specified functions according to group requirements
• Anticipate the guest needs and respond promptly

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A minimum age of 18 years old
• Experience as a server or waiter in a restaurant setting for 1 year preferred, but not required

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
