Overview

Pyramid is looking for an Automation Tester. This person writes and maintains automation test plans, automation test cases, generate automated test summary reports, and other relevant test documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead and/or participate independently in software testing methodologies used including front-end functional testing, JAVA API backend testing, system integration testing, E2E regression testing, performance testing, and load testing.

Write automated test plans, automated test cases, and record/track defects.
Writes, revises, and verifies quality standards and test procedures for automation design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently.
Executes automated test cases/test scripts in order to test the program in an automated fashion for validity of results for accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.
Build performance testing frameworks that can be leveraged by development teams and QA teams to do their performance testing.
Hands-on script development using JMeter or other open source tools

Qualifications

US Citizen Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Must have 8 years of experience in development and/or testing functional programs.
Strong JAVA coding and/or scripting language preferred.
Must be section 508 Certified
Strong ability to analyze requirements and convert to detailed test cases (positive, negative, exceptions, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Ability to work well within an Agile development environment.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in Test Automation including planning, assessments, script development & maintenance preferably in cloud environment.
Minimum of 4 years demonstrated experience in one or more of the following toolsets/frameworks:

Selenium Grid/WebDriver
Subject 7
Cypress/Postman
JAWS

Target Pay Range

The below listed pay range for this position is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The final offered salary will be influenced by a host of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
