Job Description This position assists in all phases of events with private and local community organizations and assists in the supervising of the draft tech personnel in accordance with Odom established management, tracking and review procedures. Additional duties may be added as reasonably necessary by Odom from time to time. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work independently, with customers, and the rest of our team
- Available to work some weekends and holidays.
- Accurately manage, close out and turn in invoices in a timely manner
- Coordinate event setup, timelines and all components of the contract with the venue/event managing partner.
- Execute product/asset transportation, accommodations, and event setup/teardown.
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the planning and execution process.
- Oversee the event on the day of, addressing any issues, and ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
- Communicate with the Marketing Manager (Odom) any feedback and potential areas of improvement.
- Assists the Draft and Event Manager with scheduling, service calls, negotiations, asset management, and personnel management.
- Has discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance for draft service and events when dealing with customers of Odom
- Keeps records on each account on any cleaning and repairing that has taken place.
- Informs supervisor when parts are needed for repairs and other supplies.
- Perform job duties in a safe manner; considerate to themselves and to others.
- Execute major and small events the company participates in a manner representative to company values and supplier standards.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)preferred; two to four years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have the visual abilities to ensure proper wiring and repair of the draft line.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

- Use of pallet jacks and hand carts are required to load and unload products for use in customer locations.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and moving/pushing or pulling of up to 165 pounds (full keg).
- Required to regularly stand, walk, lift product floor to waist, shoulder to overhead, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
