Position Summary: The primary function of the Outside Sales position is to be responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. This person will develop and implement the agreed upon Company Marketing Plan. The individual will work toward the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with branch vision and values, and his/her own personal business goals. Training will be given to the new employee in the following areas: Product knowledge of building materials including: drywall, insulation, metal studs for drywall, ceiling systems, construction tools, construction safety items, drywall compound, and accessories for the drywall industry.
