Hours & Pay:

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday. After the probation period, hours are 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation: $25-$37 per hour, based on experience

Employment Type: Contract-to-hire for an exceptional candidate

What You'll Do Each Day:

• Perform general maintenance and upkeep, including minor repairs, cleaning, and facility organization
• Oversee workspace, conference room, and common area maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and supply deliveries
• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify potential issues
• Support compliance with safety protocols and emergency systems
• Assist with furniture setup, office moves, and space reconfiguration
• Monitor HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain and reorder facility inventory and supplies
• Support environmental sustainability efforts, including energy efficiency and waste reduction
• Respond to internal service requests promptly and professionally

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance
• Basic knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and fabrication
• Ability to perform concrete repair and installation
• Familiarity with safety standards and facility compliance procedures
• Experience using facility management software (ServiceZone or similar preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment or furniture as needed
• A team-player mindset with a proactive approach to daily challenges
