Senior Manager GTM Operations

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Coordinate the operationalization of OBP Global Milestones and GTM approach. Supporting the execution of the Brand & BU Strategy through the delivery of processes, tools & collaboration.

Lead project delivery across a broad cross section of OBP GTM areas, bringing ideation to practical launch ready solutions.

Lead a coordinated approach to brand engagement of markets by defining and guarding relevant processes and milestones (i.e. "what") for all GTM related topics.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Support OBP Milestone & Event Project Management
  • Drive efficiencies and delivery of the NAM OBP Sample Process Management to support GTM approach and specifically the Digital Sell-in Tool and GTM milestone delivery.
  • Contribute to impactful delivery on Key Alliance interaction and GTM process management
  • Support to drive NAM Digital Sell-in tool management in alignment with the overarching Brand direction. Delivering forward thinking approach to constantly improve tools available for market sell-in and implementation. Collate expert knowledge from functions (e.g., VM) and develop templates and tools for facilitating a seamless interaction between GTM and markets / Brand / BUs
  • Manage NAM article sell-in readiness in adidas systems ensuring an OTIF process flow
  • Driving consistency and alignment across pillars and functions of the OBP GTM


  • Process and Milestones - Set up, align, and establish processes, including interfaces from Merchandising towards markets and Brand / BU processes delivery
  • Operational Project Management for the OBP GTM organization, bringing all stakeholders into a common framework and delivering market ready solutions
  • Coordinate the approach and execution of OBP GTM Milestones - working with key stakeholders to create the vision for future marketing meetings
  • Support the creation of a framework and templates by which we create all tools and 'packs' for a smooth sell in process within the brand and sales communities
  • Support the Statement & Inline Collaboration Partners Exit and Clearance Framework



People Management:



  • Work, Liaise and coordinate with Peers and Statement OBP functions, driving change in operating behaviour through own team and more widely into the organisation
  • Evaluate the competencies of his/her subordinates on a regular basis and provides prompt feedback and guidance to drive high performance
  • Takes ownership for Talent Management processes to grow, develop and retain talents.
  • Promote a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and individual goals.
  • Translate the company goals into team specific actions and business plans. Control and monitor performance and results.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:




  • Ownership and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently with clear follow through to conclusion
  • Proven track record in Project Management and Operations
  • Experience in working with agencies
  • Advanced skills in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills with experience in navigating matrix organizations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in working in fashion/consumer or sporting goods industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional language is an advantage


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:




  • University degree in business, ideally with operations, retail/merchandising focus or equivalent professional experience
  • 7 years industry or related experience
