How you make a difference in this role: The Data Strategy Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the teams operational efficiency and resource management. This position is responsible for overseeing work plans, maintaining team documentation, and developing key internal and external resources. The coordinator also ensures the timely execution of routine deliverables, manages communications through the funding inbox, and provides logistical support for meetings and reporting. By streamlining workflows and enhancing documentation efforts, this role helps drive the success of the data strategy teams initiatives. Job Overview: Work Plan Management: a. Develop, oversee, and track team workplans, ensuring tasks and milestones are met on schedule. b. Identify and escalate potential roadblocks to ensure project continuity. Team Documentation & Resource Development: a. Develop and maintain internal team documentation, including data request documentation and process plans. b. Manage the development of key external resources including the TISA Guide, district letter templates, and guidance documentation for internal and external stakeholders. c. Organize and centralize resources for easy accessibility by team members. Routine Deliverables & Reporting: a. Support the creation of routine deliverables for school districts and other stakeholders, including mail merges, email template creation, and Excel report creation. b. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and guidance documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Inbox & Communication Management: a. Serve as the first line manager of the funding inbox by responding to routine emails and escalating critical matters to appropriate team members. b. Maintain an organized and efficient communication flow to support team operations. Process Improvement & Support: a. Identify areas to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiencies. b. Support ad-hoc projects related to data strategy. c. Assist in coordinating team meetings, scheduling, and logistical support as needed. Key Responsibilities:
