Job Description

Education/Training/Experience: (indicate if required or preferred): BSN required and 3-5 years nursing experience. Oncology experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: (indicate if required or preferred): Current RN license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required. BSN required. Chemo certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of employment). National Oncology certification preferred.

Physical Demand Analysis: Physical requirements are sitting, standing, walking, agility and dexterity. Visual requirements are near vision, depth perception, color vision and exposure to video display terminal. Hearing requirements include ability to hear normal conversation and telephone communication. Occupational exposure to chemotherapy drugs, blood/body fluids. Working conditions: office setting, Use of IV pumps, pheresis equipment, blood pressure machines. Physical demands analysis- supportive assistance to ambulatory patients constantly (67-100% of the time).
