About This Role
The Office of Student Financial Assistance seeks applicants to work within a team setting managing the student loan programs and federal Pell grant program. This position along with another team member will be responsible for all aspects of loan and Pell grant processing, ensuring that all regulatory and compliance matters are met. This position also assists with other processing tasks, such as awarding and/or adjusting financial aid, researching loan or Pell grant eligibility on a national database, resolving data issues in file transmissions, and reconciling the loan and Pell grant programs.
