ENVI is a proprietary materials management software platform developed by Inventory Optimization Solutions (IOS) and offered through Provista, a leading group purchasing organization (GPO). Designed specifically for healthcare and non-acute facilities, ENVI streamlines procurement and inventory management processes, enhancing operational efficiency and cost savings.

Summary:

In this role, you will deliver first-line system support and best-in-class customer service to all ENVI (IOS) users. You'll respond to Client Services requests from clients, staff, and stakeholders via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution in alignment with service level standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve client requests using Zendesk and RingCentral, ensuring alignment with service level standards.

  • Provide first-line support and accurate information to users by effectively utilizing ENVI (IOS) and related databases.

  • Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to clients, staff, and stakeholders.

  • Communicate and coordinate with users to resolve issues promptly, escalating to next-level support when necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Identify and troubleshoot operational issues within scope and proactively reach out to clients to address emerging needs.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal resources, including the FAQ library and best practice documentation.

  • Manage EDI onboarding for new accounts tied to existing client connections.

  • Support month-end reporting processes by consolidating program data accurately and on time.

  • Partner with accounting and cross-functional teams to support financial reconciliation and data validation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • No previous work experience required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace required.

  • Must be available to work between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST within assigned shift hours.

  • Experience in healthcare, supply chain, purchasing, and/or materials management preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and MMIS systems preferred.

  • Instructor or training experience preferred.

  • Proven ability to work independently and meet team production goals across productivity, quality, training, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels-paired with analytical thinking, sound decision-making, and a commitment to high-quality, service-oriented support.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $45,100.00 to $76,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
