Reach Truck Operator

Staffmark is actively seeking a safety-focused and experienced Reach Truck Operator to join a well-established facility in Caledonia, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least 2 years of recent reach truck experience who are looking to maximize work-life balance with a condensed weekend schedule while earning competitive pay.

Schedule: Weekend Shift - Friday through Sunday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial equipment, primarily reach trucks, in a safe and efficient manner
• Load, unload, move, and store products and materials
• Scan product barcodes and print labels to maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow FIFO and rotation procedures to ensure product integrity
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control
• Perform daily equipment safety checks and report issues
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow facility housekeeping standards
• Promptly report any safety or operational concerns to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience operating a reach truck (required)
• Valid forklift license or the ability to obtain certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail
