This role is essential to managing the Cat Parts Viz platform and ensuring backorders are handled quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and a problem-solving mindset to support both internal teams and customers.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and monitor the Cat Parts Viz platform
• Expedite backorders with Cat
• Communicate with shops and customers regarding the status of backorders
• Proactively manage and resolve all backorders
• Apply problem-solving skills to support customer needs with urgency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong professional communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Basic math proficiency
• Commitment to safe work practices

Bonus Points For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with Cat Systems
• Previous experience in heavy equipment, parts, or industrial sectors
