As a Security Professional - Dispatch Patrol in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Dispatch Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to calls, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. Our team values agility, reliability, and innovation, and we prioritize a caring culture that puts people first. Pay Rate: $22.68 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and help to deter potential security-related incidents through visible presence and adherence to protocols.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with team members and management regarding incidents or unusual activities.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security experience.
• A valid driver's license in the state of employment is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
