*Job Description* Responsible for configuring and customizing the Jobvite system to meet the specific needs of our recruitment processes. They ensure seamless integration of Jobvite with other HR systems and technologies, maintaining data integrity and compliance with company policies. Additionally, the HRIS Specialist develops and implements best practices to optimize system performance and enhance user experience, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of HR processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment system. *Configure and customize Jobvite to meet the specific needs for the organization's recruitment processes. *Provide training and support to the Recruiting team on Jobvite functionalities including changes. *Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Jobvite configuration. *Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. *Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making. *Assist in the development and implementation of systems best practices in partnership with the HRIS team. *Skills & Qualifications* *Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. *Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or Recruiting Coordination for a mid to large size organization (1000+ employees) *Proven experience configuring and managing Jobvite. *Strong understanding of recruiting systems and their integration with other HR systems. *Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite *Hybrid schedule: *required to come onsite in Hillsboro, OR 1 day per week (Wednesday) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $36.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
