*Description*
We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Technician for a 3rd shift role in Madison, WI.This position involves providing support to end users on a variety of technical issues. The technician will identify, research, and resolve technical problems, responding to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support. Responsibilities include documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to ensure timely resolution. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT customer service field. *Responsibilities* * Technical Support: Provide support to end users on various technical issues. * Problem Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. * Communication: Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support. * Documentation: Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution. * Guidelines: Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. *Skills Required* * Help Desk Support: Approximately 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT customer service or a related customer support area. * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Office 365, Windows, and ticketing systems. * Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. * Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Communication: Great communication skills are essential. * Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and a solid work history. * Flexibility: Ability to work in a 24x7x365 support center, including holidays, occasional shift changes, and overtime as needed. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
