We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams, Active Directory, PowerShell, and using ServiceNow as a ticketing system.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Provide technical support for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams. * Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts and permissions. * Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks. * Handle service requests and incidents using the ServiceNow ticketing system. * Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Identify and recommend improvements to technical processes and procedures. * Adhere to corporate and divisional policies and procedures. *Qualifications*: * Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field. * Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams. * Experience with Active Directory and PowerShell. * Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment. *Additional Skills:* * Advanced technical computer skills specific to the functional area and related systems. * Ability to monitor and manage individual work queues to resolve routine and non-routine issues. * Experience in identifying technical and process issues and recommending improvements. * Commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
