*Job Summary:*
We are seeking versatile System Support Specialists (6) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience with 1 of these skillsets in mobile support, compliance, SCCM support, planning, customer service(CSR), and warranty management. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation and support of our systems and services. *Key Responsibilities for each role - The candidates will have experience in 1 of these skillsets. * * *Mobile Support*: Provide technical assistance and support for mobile devices, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance. * *Compliance Role*: Ensure all systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards. Conduct regular audits and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance. * *SCCM Support*: Manage and support System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment, updates, and system management. * *Planner Role*: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of projects. * *Customer Service Representative (CSR) Role*: Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service and support. * *Warranty Role*: Manage warranty claims and processes. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of warranty-related issues. *Required Skills and Qualifications:* * Strong understanding of compliance requirements and experience in conducting audits. * Excellent planning and organizational skills. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently. * Experience in managing warranty processes and claims. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $34000.00 - $74000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
