Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending on a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.



Your areas of responsibility:

  • Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate efforts between commercial and R&D activities to develop new products and improve existing portfolios
  • Enable and support a strategic commercial approach for aerospace, semiconductors, and related industry segments
  • Provide technical support for grease and fluid lubricants for targeted industries
  • Support in the development of new business opportunities with customers
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, competitive activity, andcustomer regulatory awareness related to target segments
  • Demonstrates our culture of delivering and living our Comprehensive Lubrication Solutions models for targeted commercial segments
  • Develop proposals for new products and applications based on customer and market requirements
  • Solid understanding of customer and industry approval needs and processes
  • Collaborate with product managers for activities supporting product life cycle management, approvals, and training
  • Lead all customer field trials and technical projects, coordinating with sales, analysis of trials, and internal and external written reports
  • Engage with members of key account management, business development,t and product managers to develop end-user knowledge management for key projects to ensure desired product solutions
  • Lead and participate in trade organizations and events
  • Contribution to the internal local, regional, and global community to support products and technology
  • Use and development of training materials, product selection guides, application surveys, case studies, and related digital and print marketing collateral
  • Be an active teammate within the product management/application engineering team



Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or science-related backgrounds
  • 3-5 years of either business, engineering, or sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of lubrication, engineering, or the aerospace industry
  • Open to travel (15-20%)
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work setting
