We're looking for a visionary leader to join our Global Robotics Marketing team as Director of Digital Solutions. This is your opportunity to shape the future of digital health by transforming data into powerful, patient-centric solutions that drive real-world impact.

What will you be doing?

As Director of Digital Solutions, you'll lead the development and refinement of health data-centric products and solutions within our Global Robotics business. You will:

  • Drive data-driven market expansion by identifying trends and growth opportunities
  • Translate complex health data into actionable insights for commercial and clinical use
  • Shape product strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Engage stakeholders across the business and with external partners
  • Build regional capabilities to deliver a global digital health ecosystem
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations (HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Continuously improve product performance and user experience
What will you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, healthcare informatics or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience in product management or ownership in healthcare or life sciences
  • Strong understanding of health data analytics, visualization and machine learning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Customer-focused mindset and passion for innovation
