We are looking for a dynamic Electrical Design Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of nine skilled electrical engineers supporting PGE's entire generation fleet. In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Power Supply Engineering Services and be responsible for managing both the execution of engineering design work and the oversight of engineers leading less-complex capital projects. You'll ensure high technical standards, support regulatory compliance (WECC and OSHA), and guide the team in addressing emergent maintenance needs across the fleet. This is a unique opportunity to lead electrical engineering efforts at a utility that's actively transforming its generation portfolio. You'll manage and optimize resources across critical projects while driving compliance with our fleet-wide arc flash program. As the utility sector accelerates toward renewable integration and carbon reduction, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of wind and solar - while maintaining the strength and reliability of existing assets. This individual must be based within 75 miles of the work location and will be required to work in-the-office at least three days a week. However, these arrangements may change due to business needs or changes in responsibility. #LI-SB1 #LI-Hybrid Compensation Range: $125,790.00 - $233,610.00Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
