YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and drive the performance of a high-impact Corporate Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales management experience, particularly within the software or technology space, and a passion for coaching and developing sales talent.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Corporate Sales Account Executives to exceed sales goals and pipeline targets.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans in alignment with regional and corporate objectives.
  • Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing coaching plans to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Field Sales to support team initiatives and account strategies.
  • Driving accountability through effective forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
  • Fostering a high-energy, results-oriented culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Identifying and developing future sales leaders from within your team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 7+ years of sales experience with at least 3+ years in a people leadership role, ideally within Inside Sales or Sales Development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies, pipeline management, and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead through influence and collaboration.
  • Experience coaching and developing sales talent across various career levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, data protection, or information management industries.
