We are seeking an
Account Representative Assistant in our Finance department for our Minneapolis, Seattle, Denver, Des Moines, or Salt Lake City offices. In this role, you will assist the accounts receivable team and other collectors with new client intake, incoming phone calls and emails, researching payment questions and providing invoice copies, and more accounts receivable duties. You will also be a point of contact for the accounts receivable helpdesk by responding to client and internal inquiries. Are you a strong communicator and problem solver? Additional Responsibilities Include: - Assist the Account Representative team, Billing team, and Collectors as needed. - Oversee the A/R helpdesk with incoming calls and emails. - Respond to client inquiries via phone and email regarding billing and payment questions, research missing payments and send copies of invoices. - Respond to internal inquiries about billing and payment questions, research missing payments and send copies of invoices. - Respond to audit letter requests. - Responsible for printing, sorting and mailing of client monthly statements. - Research all returned mail for new addresses, update 3E address information, and re-mail the document(s). - Assist collectors with follow up calls and emails to clients and attorneys. - Update the 3E database with client comments, address changes and contact information. - Assist with Client Onboarding, AR vendor set up forms, tracking payments, and helping as intake specialist for new client set ups. - Assist the Billing & Collections Manager with special projects, as needed. - May perform other duties not listed above. What we're looking for: - High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Knowledge of standard accounting practices with emphasis in billing and accounts receivable functions. - Ability to work independently and organize and prioritize numerous tasks and procedures and complete them within time constraints with minimal supervision. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability to communicate via phone and email effectively to clients and attorneys. - Excellent analytical skills coupled with the ability to anticipate resolutions while negotiating with clients. - Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. Preferred: - Previous experience with Elite 3E. - Previous experience with client onboarding. The pay range for this position in Seattle only is $26.68 to $34.52 per hour. This range represents Dorsey's good faith estimate of likely compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will be dependent upon a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and location and may fall outside of the range indicated.
