Staffmark is hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join a growing warehouse team in Charlotte, NC. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and looking to grow with a company that values your work, we want to hear from you!

Available Shifts:



  • Night Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Day Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Pay Rate for All Shifts: $19.25/hour



Responsibilities:



  • Unload incoming trucks and transport materials throughout the warehouse
  • Use scanners to track inventory and report discrepancies
  • Stage and load outbound shipments accurately
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols
  • Assist warehouse team with general support as needed



Requirements:



  • 3-5 years of stand-up forklift experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for a full 12-hour shift
  • Reliable, safety-oriented, and team-focused
