What We Do First American Data & Analytics is looking for an Associate Marketing Specialist - Demand Generation to support the execution of targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth. In this hybrid position, you'll be a key contributor in building and deploying digital programs-primarily email and paid campaigns-designed to attract, engage, and convert prospective customers.

We're looking for someone with 2+ years of marketing experience, a highly organized approach to project management, and strong communication skills. You'll collaborate with marketing, sales, and product stakeholders to execute high-impact campaigns and support our demand generation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and launch email campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, testing, automation workflows, and analytics tracking

- Support execution of paid demand generation programs (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads), assisting with creative, copy, targeting, and budget tracking

- Assist in lead scoring, routing, and nurturing strategies in coordination with Sales and CRM teams

- Maintain campaign timelines, calendars, and detailed checklists to ensure timely execution

- Help optimize landing pages, lead forms, and marketing workflows to improve conversion rates

- Analyze performance across campaigns and create reports with insights and recommendations

- Support webinars and virtual events that contribute to lead generation goals

- Maintain list hygiene and CRM integrity for marketing contact data

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role with exposure to digital or demand generation programs

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with a focus on managing deadlines and campaign details

- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools

- Understanding of digital marketing channels and KPIs (CTR, CPL, conversion rates)

- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting/analytics

- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail

**Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

The pay range for this role is $54,525.00- $72,700.00

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
