The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for identifying top tier talent for the organization. Well-versed in full lifecycle recruitment to include creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, as well as the offer process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Manager, Human Resources and internal team to qualify and prioritize open positions across the organization.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships, as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their business, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Utilize tools and resources to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's overall recruiting function.
- Continually source candidates and find creative ways to cultivate talent pipelines including advanced sourcing, outreach, networking and use of social media.
- Perform full life-cycle recruiter functions of job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations and new hire follow-up.
- Develops and coordinates internal job posting programs and writes job postings.
- Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, veteran organizations, women organizations, disability organizations, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
- Monitors affirmative action goals and makes outreach efforts to reach candidates in protected classes to make progress towards goals.
- Ensures AAP Outreach is achieved and maintains outreach documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate's experience and ensure a positive representation of our company brand and reputation within the marketplace.
- Ensure all recruiting and interviewing processes are aligned with state and federal laws.
- Dispositioning external applicants.
- Partnering with HR team in the completion of the annual Affirmative Action Plan.
- Administers the vendor credentialing and other compliance programs for our field service engineers-sources and develops external partnerships with Vendor/Health Care Industry Credentialing vendors.
- Work within the HR team contributing toward other projects and initiatives that arise for the benefit of the employee and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related discipline.
- Three or more years of progressive Human Resources and Recruiting experience.
- Excellent follow-through, sense of urgency, ability to work on their own and be self-sufficient.
- Proven experience managing multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Adaptable and flexible to change with strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects
- Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization and collaboratively within the Human Resources Team
- Ability to influence Business Leaders to drive hiring decisions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across the entire organization and external to the organization.
- Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines and prioritizing work. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and HRIS systems is required. LinkedIn Recruiter experience is strongly desired.
