Product Marketing Manager: Leadership Development, LHH

As a Product Marketing Manager at LHH, you will be responsible for driving the activation of LHH products and services in your portfolio including sales messaging, positioning, and go-to-market activities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to ensure the successful launch and ongoing sustainable promotion of LHH's offerings.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

Market Analysis:

  • Source & apply market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. & partner with others to collate internal research and insights available to inform go-to-market strategy
  • Identify whitespace opportunities for the Leadership Development portfolio.
  • Partner with other parts of business including Sales, Opportunity Management & Solution experts to gather and understand customer feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and go-to-market marketing strategies.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Proactively develop & execute comprehensive go to market plans aligned with company and business line objectives
  • Define messaging, and value propositions based on market insights and business needs
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Lead and project manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of activation and ongoing product marketing activities.
  • Develop competitive positioning strategies to differentiate LHH in the market.

Sales & Marketing Collateral:

  • Develop core sales & marketing materials associated with activation and evolution of product including but not limited to pitch decks, email templates, sales presentations, sales playbooks and other revenue driving content.
  • Work closely with sales, product, design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaign materials to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics based on agreed metrics and insights.

All About You

  • Proven track record & experience in product marketing preferably in B to B
  • Strong understanding of customer journey & seller experience as well as marketing principles, market research, and product management.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
  • Exceptional writing & editing skills
  • Ability to lead & collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving business & revenue impact.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • PowerPoint & Excel skills required, knowledge of MS Teams, Asana and Seismic helpful.

  • Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000X per year plus bonus

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.

  • Benefits: Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis per year, Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
