Inventory Cycle Counter Join our client as a key player in maintaining accurate inventory across their business units. 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm $19-$20/hour based on experience Job Description: Duties & Responsibilities: Performing physical cycle counts for business units. Research inventory discrepancies and resolve. Assist in physically locating missing inventory. Notify Materials Planner of BOM errors as they are discovered. Notify receiving group of receiving errors as they are discovered. Process receiving paperwork daily into the computer system (both checking in shipments and gathering proper paperwork together to allow it to be received properly) Continually improve inventory stocking levels and drive down total internal inventory numbers. Key member of annual physical inventory team. Maintenance of stock levels communicates needs with purchasing. Notify purchasing when excess was ordered Compile daily or weekly reports for the Purchasing department. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), as well as experience with ERP systems Excellent oral & written communication skills. Detail oriented with the ability to work independently. Must have a good attitude and highly motivated.
