Staffmark has an outstanding opportunity that you'll want to get your hands on. We have partnered with a family-owned American tool company located in Warsaw, IN, and hiring a new Order Picker. Join a global supplier for the hand tools market and pick new beginnings with Staffmark by your side! Pay: $12.50 per hour + $2 shift premium + $2.50 attendance bonus = $17/hr. Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday, overtime as needed Order Picker Responsibilities: Pick orders based on pick tickets to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks. Build orders according to the assigned load tickets using both stand-up and sit-down forklifts. Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy. Prepare finished stock for transport to the distribution center by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing the product. Load and unload delivery containers and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order. Collaborate with inventory control and purchasing groups. This position requires six months of forklift experience, manufacturing experience, computer literacy, excellent organizational/critical thinking/decision-making skills, accuracy in maintaining/managing data including inventory counts and efficiency tracking, and frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
