This Position reports to: Country HR ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to drive ABB's compensation and performance programs at the ground level within countries of responsibility. Each day, you will research, analyze, evaluate, and oversee ABB compensation and performance activities with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting cross-functional initiatives as required. The Compensation & Performance Manager will lead and work as part of team of Human Resources (HR) and Compensation professionals and subject matter experts to develop and deliver the C&P strategy for the United States and Puerto Rico, in alignment with corporate and global HR strategy. The C&P Manager will also work to understand and represent the needs of the business and collaborate and develop solutions in partnership with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other Compensation & Performance colleagues. This role reports directly to the Country Human Resources Manager for the US & PR and operationally to the Head of Global Compensation & Performance. The work model for the role is onsite in Cary, NC (#LI-Hybrid).
