Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Operations Team Leadto contribute to our 2nd shiftDistributionOperationsteam in Jackson, TN. An Operations Team Lead supports all operational and administrative activities required to run a department of major warehouse activity.

What You'll Need:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1-year experience with PC based applications
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operation environment

What You'll Do:

• Train and develop hourly associates
• Actas the department contact for all warehouse systems issues and questions
• Providedirection and leadership to associates
• Identify, communicate,and ensureall quality and productivity standards are met within the department
• Researchissues, problems, or concerns and recommend solutions
