Job Description

Visa is seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to shape the future of digital payments through the Visa Token Service (VTS) platform. As a cornerstone of Visa's global strategy, VTS secures digital commerce and enables innovative payment experiences across channels, devices, and markets. The global VTS team delivers foundational platform capabilities that support tokenization at scale and enable next-generation solutions in close partnership with Visa's business, technology, and client organizations.

This pivotal role sits at the intersection of platform product design, resilience, extensibility, and innovation. As part of the VTS Core Platform team, you will lead mission-critical product initiatives that define and evolve Visa's token infrastructure. We are looking for a self-starter with deep technical fluency, strong product instincts, and the ability to drive platform thinking-balancing modular design, cross-functional alignment, and long-term scalability.

You will work closely with engineering, architecture, operations, regional teams, and global partners to define strategy, build scalable solutions, deliver reusable capabilities, and accelerate adoption across a dynamic, multi-stakeholder ecosystem.

If you are proactive, decisive, and passionate about building resilient platforms that support billions of transactions, this is your opportunity to make a global impact.

Essential Functions

  • Define and evolve product requirements, use cases, and technical capabilities for the Visa Token Service platform.
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery-from concept through launch - in an agile environment.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture to build scalable, resilient, and extensible systems.
  • Prioritize and manage a product backlog, balancing impact, risk, and strategic fit.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to monitor performance and guide iteration.
  • Collaborate with regional and partner teams to incorporate market feedback and ensure global alignment.
  • Balance stakeholder priorities while navigating legal, regulatory, and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to platform strategy and long-term product roadmap.
  • Build cross-functional trust and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
  • Represent VTS in client engagements and integrate partner feedback into product evolution.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
