• Must have acute attention to detail and excellent research skills. Due to the risk involved in not submitting invoices timely.
• Analytical thinking and sound judgment are also essential skills for this role.
• Witten/Verbal communication skills are needed as it will require Informing customers/collectors/internal and external sales team members about Portal Billing decisions and processing.
• Responsible for submitting invoices via customer portal sites.
• Responsible for Customer Portal Billing set up and ensuring a customer qualifies to be set up for portal billing.
• Research and resubmit invoices that are rejected, disputed, or failed.
• Review customer portals for payment status once invoices are uploaded.
• Conducting routine inspections to better understand why submissions fail.
• Manage and review daily inquiries via AR Portal Billing Inbox and timely responses.
