About the Role

Cloudflare is looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Marketing & Events Manager, EMEA to join our dynamic EMEA Events Center of Excellence team. If you love bringing events to life, have strong project management skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, this is the perfect role for you!

As part of the EMEA Marketing team, you will be primarily responsible for driving & supporting events in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) while also playing a key role in shaping and executing EMEA-wide channel events. You'll help execute the EMEA Channel event plan, contribute to strategic marketing initiatives, and execute activities that support Cloudflare's channel business transformation.

This role is a mix of event execution, partner marketing, and strategic planning-requiring collaboration with regional partners, channel sales, and marketing leadership. Your ability to build strong relationships, align events with business objectives, and drive measurable outcomes will be key to success.


What You'll Do

DACH Region Event Execution: Plan and execute high-impact events such as trade shows, Cloudflare conferences, meetups, executive dinners, and partner events to generate leads, engage customers, and support pipeline growth.

EMEA Channel Event Strategy & Execution: Work with the Head of EMEA events and the Director of Partner Marketing and the broader EMEA Field Marketing team to develop and execute channel event plans that align with Cloudflare's partner growth strategy.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Partner with internal teams-including Sales, Product, Localization, and Marketing-to ensure events align with broader regional goals and drive meaningful engagement.

Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee relationships with regional partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless event execution and maximum impact.

Marketing Campaign Execution: Develop event-related marketing assets (landing pages, email templates, promotional content), track campaign performance, and ensure lead conversion strategies are in place.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze event performance, track ROI, and optimize strategies based on insights to enhance future initiatives.

Regional Field Marketing Support: Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to integrate events into the overall DACH and EMEA marketing strategy.


What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in English and German (mandatory).
  • Based in Munich, Germany (or willing to relocate)
  • Experience in event marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A highly motivated, positive, and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working closely with regional sales teams, BDRs, and channel partners
  • An analytical mindset, with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and event promotions.
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn in a high-growth, tech-driven company.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or other marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in content localization to improve engagement across different languages and regions.
  • Strong outreach messaging and content creation skills.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS, cybersecurity, or networking company.
