Role: Sr. Developer

Roles and responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of data governance solutions using Infa Cloud Data Gov & Catalog.

Oversee the deployment and management of Infa Cloud Metadata Cmd Center to ensure data integrity.

Provide expertise in Infa Cloud Data Marketplace to facilitate data sharing and collaboration.

Implement and manage Informatica AXON Data Govern to enhance data governance frameworks.

Utilize Informatica EDC to ensure comprehensive data cataloging and metadata management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data governance.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data quality and security.

Develop and maintain documentation for data governance processes and procedures.

Provide training and support to team members on data governance tools and practices.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data governance initiatives.

Work closely with the Payer domain to ensure data solutions meet business needs.

Drive continuous improvement in data governance practices to enhance overall data management.

Required Qualifications:

8 to 10 years of experience in data governance and management.

Expertise in Infa Cloud Data Gov & Catalog Infa Cloud, Metadata, Cmd Center, Infa Cloud Data Marketplace, Informatica AXON, Data Govern and Informatica EDC.

Domain experience in Payer.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 81,848 - $ 156,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
