Your Mission
As our Workday Systems Engineer, you'll be the architect behind our integrations and security configurations across Workday. You'll design and maintain secure, efficient workflows that keep our financial and HR systems running smoothly, all while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that make a difference.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, test, and maintain advanced Workday Studio integrations, including XML transformations

  • Own Workday Security - from roles to domain and business process policies

  • Diagnose and resolve integration and implementation issues with a problem-solving mindset

  • Lead quality documentation efforts and ensure data consistency across systems

  • Support regression testing and rollouts for Workday security, integrations, and reporting

  • Partner closely with IT, Finance, and HR to align technical solutions with business goals

  • Identify and drive continuous improvements to integration architecture and strategies

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Expertise with Workday Studio, XSLT, BIRT, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Document Transformation

  • Strong experience in Workday Security configuration and maintenance

  • Sharp analytical thinking with the creativity to troubleshoot and solve complex system issues

  • A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions

At Shutterstock, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.

The pay range for this position is below:

* 120,000 - 140,000 per year in New York

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
