At Constant Contact, we have an opening for an exceptional Principal Growth Product Manager for Mobile App Growth to lead our mobile app initiatives. In this role, you'll drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through innovative strategies centered around our mobile experience. You'll leverage your deep knowledge of paid and organic acquisition strategies to collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure a great end-to-end experience. Working at the intersection of product, design, engineering, marketing, support, and sales, you'll optimize our mobile app performance and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

*This is a hybrid position with in-office collaboration two days a week, based at either our Boston, MA or Waltham, MA location.

What You'll Do:



  • Own and drive the mobile app growth roadmap, focusing on key metrics including user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
  • Apply deep knowledge of paid and organic acquisition strategies to inform product decisions and collaborate effectively with marketing teams
  • Provide expert input on App Store Optimization (ASO) and other acquisition initiatives to support growth objectives
  • Lead the strategy and execution for in-app subscriptions and payment systems to maximize conversion and revenue
  • Work closely with the design team to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences that drive engagement and conversion
  • Partner with engineering teams to build and optimize features that support growth objectives
  • Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop features that support sales efforts
  • Engage with support teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the mobile experience
  • Define, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product effectiveness and overall business impact
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and continuously improve the mobile experience
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and efficient execution of product initiatives
  • Advise on strategies to optimize user acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) to ensure sustainable growth
  • Stay current with mobile app trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices
  • Mentor junior product managers and provide strategic leadership to the broader product team


Who You Are:



  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • Must have at least 4 years focused on mobile app growth and monetization
  • Experience with iOS and/or Android platforms is required
  • Proven track record of driving significant growth in mobile app metrics (downloads, DAU/MAU, retention, revenue)
  • Deep knowledge of paid acquisition channels (social, search, display, etc.) and organic acquisition strategies to effectively collaborate with marketing stakeholders
  • Understanding of acquisition metrics, attribution models, and ROI analysis to inform product decisions
  • Experience working with product analytics and visualization tools (Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Deep expertise in developing and optimizing in-app subscription models and payment systems
  • Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and user experience best practices
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with experience collaborating effectively with design, engineering, marketing, support, and sales teams
  • Ability to translate customer feedback from sales and support channels into product improvements
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools for mobile applications
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in agile product development methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus


Icing On The Cake (really nice to have):



  • Previous work with email marketing or small business SaaS products
  • Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) techniques and tools
  • Background in developing personalization and recommendation systems

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
Pay Transparency - All Full Time Employees
