DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Stock Clerk 3, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and orders, scratch-off ticket dispensers and displays, literature holders, terminal-based ticket stock, scratch-off tickets, play slips, and other related supplies from Lottery headquarters and vendors as needed for the area office. It is essential that detailed inventory records are accurately maintained on an ongoing basis. You will ensure all scratch-off tickets and terminal-based ticket stock are accounted for by comparing physical inventory with system reports, in addition to ensuring that terminal-based ticket stock is stored behind a double locked door in accordance with MUSL rules and Lottery security policy. Another primary function of this position involves assisting District Lottery Representatives (DLRs) with deliveries, unloading delivery trucks and moving pallets of materials around the warehouse for safe storage, and allocating and distributing marketing materials to DLRs. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, based upon operational need. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Clearfield.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of experience in stores control work, including one year of experience with responsibility for the operation of a small storeroom; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a high school or vocational school; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must possess a valid Class C Driver's License.
- You must be able to transport materials weighing up to 60 lbs.
- You must be able to operate a Commonwealth vehicle.
- You must be able to operate pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
