Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Job Description: Are you passionate about customer service and problem-solving? Join our Customer Support team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our account managers and ensuring our fleet operations run smoothly. This position is heavily focused on email communication and case resolution, providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Support: Assist account managers with fleet management tasks, including vehicle ordering and addressing customer service inquiries (e.g., "My vehicle has been impounded"). Educate drivers on necessary services for future needs. * Problem Solving: Conduct detailed research to find solutions, think creatively, and resolve issues efficiently. * Internal Communication: Collaborate with various departments within Wheels to ensure seamless operations. * Email and Case Management: Handle a high volume of customer emails and manage cases using Salesforce. * Outbound Communication: Make follow-up calls to customers as needed. * Data Entry: Multi-task by entering customer information into the system while communicating with them. * CRM Utilization: Use Salesforce to manage cases and follow up with customers. * System Management: Utilize Wheels systems for tasks such as creating vehicle selectors, processing billing changes, generating reports, distributing insurance cards, and updating driver data. * Information Gathering: Contact drivers via phone or email to collect missing information. Skills and Qualifications: * Customer Service: 2+ years of customer service experience in an office environment. * Communication: Strong written and email communication skills, with proficiency in the English language and the ability to construct grammatically correct sentences. * Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to work with multiple databases and monitors. * Typing Skills: Strong typing skills with a minimum of 40 words per minute (typing test required). * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Experience: * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
