As the Manager of Reporting and Analysis for Investment Finance, you'll be a key player in transforming financial data into strategic insights that propel our growth and profitability. Your expertise will shape our priorities and plans, ensuring we navigate risks and seize opportunities with confidence. Key Responsibilities

This role is hybrid, with Chicago-based in-office requirements to support business objectives and collaborate with key stakeholders.

What you'll be working on:

  • You will be the Investment Finance lead for analysis, reporting and storyline development of monthly and quarterly financial results provided to senior leadership and used to support Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, quarterly earnings release, and analyst call preparation
  • You'll be working on hands-on and complex analysis of investment portfolio results, including evaluation and summarization of detailed level data to succinctly communicate drivers of variances and trends
  • You'll have oversight of the Investments income statement close analysis, including decision making, managing timelines, control/monitoring processes (incl SOX controls) and other priorities
  • You will lead team members to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., conflict/problem resolution, upskilling where needed, process/system improvements, resource procurement, supportive environment)
  • You'll oversee the committee review process for internally valued investments, coordinating with both operations and asset managers

Key Skills/Capability we are looking for:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with investment portfolio analysis a plus
  • Effective and professional written and verbal communication
  • Detail and control oriented
  • Power BI and SQL knowledge. Workiva preferred.

Education

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

  • 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $92,560.00 - 166,465.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
