The Talent Intern provides comprehensive and proactive support in a variety of HR functions. The Talent Intern will support strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, system scalability, and development programs. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in critical HR functions and contribute to impactful projects that drive organizational success.

Responsibilities:


  • Project Support: Assist in the implementation of the Paycom Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by performing assigned tasks, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Training and Development: Contribute to key deliverables, including training deck creation, competency framework development, and leadership training programs.
  • HR SharePoint Resource Page Setup: Collaborate on the design, organization, and set up of the HR SharePoint page for optimized accessibility and usability.
  • Recruiting Efforts: Support talent acquisition initiatives by sourcing candidates, maintaining the talent pipeline, and coordinating recruitment processes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to support the Talent Development Manager, enabling them to focus on high-priority strategic objectives like ATS implementation, competency framework development and training gap analysis.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (rising juniors, seniors, or recent graduates preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Interest in HR systems and talent development is a plus.
