Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience |
- Master's degree in a related scientific specialty field with a minimum of five years experience and/or increasing functional responsibility in a leadership/managerial role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |

Preferred Qualifications |
- At least five years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in program evaluation preferred.
- Minimum of fifteen years of research experience.
- High level of computing ability (e.g., Microsoft Office applications, REDCap, Stata), including experience in data analysis.
- Additional required skills include: problem solving and critical thinking abilities; communication and writing skills; strong organizational and time management skills; keen attention to detail; ability to multi-task; demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Minimum of ten years of project management experience in pharmacoepidemiology, epidemiology, infectious diseases, or related fields.
- Minimum of ten years of experience in maintaining regulatory compliance in research, and a working knowledge of IRB and human research protection regulations.
- Experience managing post-authorization safety studies.
- Experience in the preparation of research grants, budgets, study protocols, manuscripts, and formal study reports.
- Experience performing medical record abstraction.
- Experience managing health outcome adjudications in validation studies.
