*Description*
Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Desktop Support Tech to support corporate business practices. This technician will work as an IT generalist and will suppport hardware, end users, networks, IT infrastructure. * This role involves acting as a liaison between IT and non-IT staff, ensuring that technology needs are met effectively * The Technician will support various hardware and software solutions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technology systems, all while advocating for the technology needs of the office * In this role, technical ability is equally important as white-glove service, punctuality, and work ethic * Demonstrated growth mindset * Comprehensive understanding of multiple end-user computing environments * Proficient in identifying, fix, solving and effectively communicating the technology challenges of the employees * Ability to work well under pressure * Excellent client facing skills and strong capacity to communicate and build trusted relationships *Experience Level* *Minimum of two years of relevant IT Support experience* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
