Responsibilities

The Arcfield Human Resources Department is excited to offer a motivated student intern the opportunity to contribute to our dynamic Total Rewards Team. Throughout this internship, the intern will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and roll-out of comprehensive leave of absence guides, training modules, policy articles, and dashboards that provide overviews of federal and state provided leave programs.

Total Rewards Duties and Tasks

  • Work closely with the Total Rewards Team to develop a detailed leave of absence guide and accompanying policies
  • Assist in the implementation and fine-tuning of leave of absence-related training programs
  • Contribute to the creation of policy articles that detail Arcfield's leave of absence guidelines and procedures
  • Aid in the construction and validation of a dashboard tool designed to give management an overview of leave statistics and trends
  • Help with compliance documentation and internal audits
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and spreadsheets for HR metrics and analytics
  • Participate in process improvement projects and HR initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • HS 3-4 years
  • Must have excellent writing skills to include policy and technical writing
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficient
  • Willing to take initiative and eager to learn
